Assessment Literacy Level 1: Gain a comprehensive overview of assessment literacy exploring growth vs. attainment and assessment design choices. Gain tools for making assessment choices about content, format and complexity, and examples of how to create comparable assessments to measure and monitors student growth.
Assessment Literacy Level 2: Transform assessment practices through more in depth understanding of quality assessment tools. Explore different designs of an assessment system, and distinguish between content and skills. Learn tricks for common assessment roadblocks, and gain insight into validity, reliability and rubric analysis.
Assessment Literacy Level 3: Leverage quality assessment knowledge into action and turn data into pivot points for instructional improvement. Analyze assessments and identify key points in quality tools and learn to set quality goals that are reasonable yet rigorous.
Assessment Workshops: Build practitioner confidence and great tools. Applicable to all levels, these workshops are great for small group facilitation through the assessment writing and assessment analysis phases. Workshops are great ways to provide continued teacher support between large staff trainings.
