Using the Assessment as a Growth Tool:  This tool lends itself well for measuring and monitoring learning over time.  Points are given based on the amount of support and prompting a student receives.  Be cautious in implementation that teachers give consistent amounts of “wait time” prior to prompts, and prompts are given in a consistent way in order to gather reliable results.
